My Story

Welcome to my space! I’m Romi Ochwani, a Meditation Empowerer and Spiritual Educator with a deep passion for guiding individuals on their journey toward self-healing, personal empowerment, and spiritual awakening. My mission is to elevate collective consciousness by helping people connect with their true essence, unlock their inner potential, and live a life of abundance, purpose, and authenticity.

My journey into meditation and spirituality began at a young age in India, where I was immersed in mind training and meditation practices. However, it was during a period of profound depression that I discovered the transformative power of Yoga and Meditation. This pivotal experience allowed me to shift from a state of Victim Consciousness to Being Consciousness, awakening my deeper sense of purpose and uncovering the healing potential within.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to sharing the transformative practices of Yoga, Meditation, and Human Empowerment. Through my teachings, I guide individuals to heal, strengthen their mind and body, and unlock their true potential. I believe that through consistent inner work, we can all break free from limitations and experience a life of peace, joy, and fulfilment.

I’ve had the privilege of traveling the world, learning from various traditions, and gaining wisdom that I now share through my courses, events, and workshops. I offer a variety of online courses and live events aimed at helping individuals experience personal growth, spiritual awakening, and healing. Whether you’re new to these practices or have been on your spiritual path for some time, I’m here to support you in deepening your journey and discovering your highest potential.
